A few detail photo's of an abstract painting I did a couple of months ago.
The Photo's were taken before the painting dried,and the effects were very nice.
This technique is using very wet acrylic paints poured onto the Canvas and letting it dry slowly, it usually takes 2 days to dry fully, it starts out very different to the finished piece, but you can manipulate the flow and scribe some detail to the thicker parts of the paint to influence a desired effect.
I finished off the painting with Prussian Blue around the details to give the effect of depth.
